Unit #251 advertised above has been sold and at the present time there is only one unadvertised home for sale in the Park. Hopefully when other homes come on the market their realtors will advertise them on this page. Unfortunately, some realtors are not interested in supporting our Park and they will declne to advertise their properties on the website. Don't despair ..you can click HERE and contact one of our "Park Realtors" who will provide you with all the information on this current unadvertised home and all future unadvertised homes. If requested, they will also keep you informed about all future homes as they come onto the market.
"Park Realtors" have made a donation to help cover our website costs and, in return, have all their listings advertised free on this page for one year. They are usually well informed about Park features, rules and regulations and can represent you if you want to make an offer on one or more of these unadvertised properties.

Are you thinking about buying in Pioneer Park?
We are a 244 home self-owned co-operative mobile home park located in S.E. Langley on 0 Ave (that's Zero Ave, also known as the USA border) less than one km east of the Aldergrove border crossing - Click on "Park Map" below for a numbered map and an aerial view of the Park. Once you have applied and been accepted for membership in the Park and have purchased your new home, you will now be faced with a monthly $280 pad fee to cover the costs incurred in running the Park. Why only $280? Remember, you have joined a Co-op and agreed to help with the maintainance of the Park. Work performed by all Park members reduces the cost of runnng the Park and results in lower pad fees. This might mean that you will have to spend a few hours helping out in the office, Park library, helping in the kitchen for Park dinners, help to maintain our beautiful Park gardens, or, if capable, heavier work such as repairing water and/or sewer lines, etc., etc. etc.
